Kevin Luo is licensed as an Acupuncturist in Texas (AC00961), California (AC11701) and New York (003976). He is also certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine.
Kevin received his M.S. degree from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco, California. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree from National Chiao-Tung University in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
Prior to relocating to Austin, Texas, Kevin practiced at the ACTCM Community Clinic, the ACTCM Auricular Clinic, and the Stroke Project in Rehabilitation Center at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco, California.
